Darlene 

Tiffany and Darlene are our intake medical assistants.  They play a vital role in ensuring that your healthcare experience is smooth and efficient and are dedicated to helping our patients and making them feel comfortable as they arrive, along with assisting the providers with any needs throughout the patient's appointment.   Tiffany has been with our practice since 2018, and Darlene started with us in 2023.

Ellen is our dedicated nurse ready to assist Dr. Warren-Ulanch and Kay Patel with any needs.  Ellen has many years of  experience and away from the practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and her dogs.

Tiffany 

Michelle is one of our medical assistants and is ready to help Jennipher Hiester, Candy Stringer and Andrea Kerick with their patient's needs.  She has been with our practice since 2016 and has many years of experience in the field of endocrinology. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys camping and spending time with friends and family.

Abraham is another one of our medical assistants and assists Dr. Polanco and Erin Wetherill with any of their patient's needs.  Abraham is the newest member of our team. He has over seven years of experience and enjoys the fast pace of the medical field.  Abraham and his wife have one. They are thoroughly enjoying watching him grow and change.
